Nearly four decades of passion for property
My property journey began in the late 1980s when I purchased my first home — and a couple of years later, rented it out. That decision changed everything. What started as a single step became a lifelong calling.
Now at 61, I bring close to four decades of real, hands-on experience to every project — from identifying undervalued opportunities to managing tenants, overseeing renovations and building lasting relationships with investors and partners.
In recent years I've invested significantly in professional training, deepening my expertise and expanding my vision. Today I run four complementary property businesses across Warrington and the wider Northwest, each one built on the same foundation: integrity, quality and community.
