My property journey began in the late 1980s when I purchased my first home, and a couple of years later rented it out. That decision changed everything. What started as a single step became a lifelong calling.
Now at 61, I bring close to four decades of real, hands-on experience to every project, from identifying undervalued opportunities to managing tenants, overseeing renovations and building lasting relationships with partners.
In recent years I've invested significantly in professional training, deepening my expertise and expanding my vision. Today I run four complementary property businesses across Warrington and the wider Northwest, each built on the same foundation: integrity, quality and community.
I'm also powered by Keller Williams, one of the world's most respected estate agency networks, giving me access to deal flow and market intelligence across the region.
